My First 2015 Purchases

Hello!

My Monday has been filled with cleaning and more cleaning,so I decided to take a break and blog. Good choice huh? This week's post is about all the purchases I have made lately. Most of them are unopened since I've been busy with cleaning,visiting my Mom who recently moved into a new house and taking my nieces and nephews shopping for room decorations. We have been falling asleep around 2 am! Craziness. Anywho...onto the pictures!

I'm pretty sure you know where these items are from...Target! I bought the Coach perfume set for around $14! Zoe and I always decorate the house on Valentine's day,so after I post this we will be hanging up the hearts everywhere. I know it's a bit early,but she keeps asking =)

I picked up the Flower nail polish set in the Christmas clearance section at walmart for $4. Can't beat that price! The Loreal polishes were also on clearance. The names are Vintage Vinyl,Rose To The Occasion and Miss Luster-Ess. I love the Manuka Honey Peel Off mask,even though it smells kinda funny. Zoe helps me peel it off but she thinks it's my real skin so she holds my cheek and says "It's okay,it's not going to hurt". She can be so sweet sometimes. Maybelline's Pumped Up mascara is my new favorite and I love Elf's Nude tinted moisturizer. I picked up Anastasia's Brow Powder Duo in soft brown at Sephora. I am loving her brow products! The lipsticks are Jordana's Modern Matte lipsticks in Matte Tease and Matte Blush. The salesgirl at Walgreens had just put them out and I grabbed the two that I thought would fit me best and I was right. And they're under $3 so I definitely recommend them!

These were purchased at Sally's. I recently dyed my hair red and even though the bigger bottles of shampoo and conditioner are on sale,they were out of stock so I picked this small one up because my hair was pretty tangled and greasy. Another reason why I hate using hairspray. I love the Riveting Reds conditioner,it helps me keep the red color in longer since it's a color depositing conditioner.
The Beauty Secrets nail polish remover is my favorite,it takes off glitter polish like nothing! And if you're a nail polish hoarder like myself,then you know some polishes tend to get goopy and ugly,so just pour a few drops of the nail polish thinner in the bottle,shake it around it should be good as new. I think that's much better than throwing it away!

OH MY GOSH. I am the worst blogger ever. All I blogged about in July was it being July. lol. Wow. I'm still in a funk. But I'm gonna try today. Enjoy.

My polish was chipped so the boyfriend stopped at cvs and picked these up =)

I'm loving all these so far,although using the Dewy Setting Spray during the summer was a bad idea. When I sweat,my skin is SHINING.

I always use Taupe for my eyebrows. The lipgloss is from Maybelline,it's called Electric Shock. I highly recommend these glosses!

The holidays are coming up so fast,I love it! What I also love is a good sale. As most of you probably know,Ulta was having a 40% off sale recently and it included NYX products. I LOVE their products! Their lipsticks,blush,lip and eye liners are my favorite things to buy. Unfortunately I couldn't keep looking while I was in the store because Zoe was running around and crying. I seriously think she hates me shopping! I had only been inside for about 10 minutes!

Beauty Haul

Hello!
I  thought I'd share with you some of the stuff I have purchased recently. If you've posted a haul recently,let me know in the comments,I'd love to check it out. Most of my beauty purchases were made after I saw a certain product on blogger or youtube =)

BBW is having their Semi-Annual sale right now! I LOVE their hand soaps!

I got the little one free =) I wouldn't compare it to a CHI flatiron because I have used them,but it does work really well..better than all my other flat irons. I don't put it on the highest temperature either (I don't want to fry my already dry hair)

I use the Rose Water throughout the day,mostly after I water the grass because I end up having that "outside smell". It doesn't irritate my skin,which is a plus!

I really have to stop buying so many pink,orange and coral polishes. I have way too many!

I kinda regret not buying more brushes from RT,but it's just that I'm happy with the brushes I have. If I love the shading brush,I'll probably try the others out. The Revlon balm stain is in Cherish =)

I LOVE,LOVE LOVE these! They don't burn my eyes,irritate my skin or leave it dry. I had to get these after I used the ones I got in my Target beauty bag.

Birthday Haul

Hello Ladies and Hello 28! Last Thursday was my birthday.There was no big party or fancy dinner,it was just me and Damian doing what we normally do. We went to the mall,we watched a movie and had chipotle after. But he made sure I was happy and kept me laughing all day. There was nothing I really wanted to do besides chill and spend quality time with him. And Zoe said Happy Birthday (as best she could) so that made me extra happy! Here are a few of the things I got from Damian:

My all time favorite perfume. There are so many out there that I want,but this baby right here always wins me over. I get lots of compliments when I wear it too.

I wear studs 98% of the time so these are definitely something I have never worn,but I think it's about time I try something different.

A few new things.

 I haven't really been in the mood to buy makeup (shocking) but here are a few things I picked up recently.

 

I Love Baby Lips lip balms lol

I picked this out on a whim...I will post a review in a few weeks.

While shopping for chonies (underwear) my bf kept saying how good it smelled in VS so I told him to try to find what it was and get it. This was the closest thing to whatever it was and I gotta say,it smells very nice. I love sweet,floral scents and this is just right. The only thing I don't like is I really can't smell it after a while and believe me,I spray it on like I haven't showered in days.lol. 

Every time I use this I think of what my bf said inside VS about another fragrance: " Is this what strippers use?" and I said, "Well,I know your Mom wears it." I think I may have scarred him for life. lol.

My First Haul of 2012

Hello 2012! I hope this year is starting off great for you ladies! So far everything has been going very good for me and my family,thankfully =) I thought I'd share a few things I have picked up the past few days!

Bath and Body Works is having their semi-annual yellow sale and I try to NEVER pass it up. 75% off lotion and handsoap? Score!

During their last sale my bf picked out Cucumber Melon hand soap. I used to HATE that scent but now I love it. I have no idea why? Maybe it grew on me. I wish I picked up more of these since they were only $3.

 As you can see,Sweet Pea is my favorite body spray.

Bali Mango and Rio Rumberry are their newest scents for summer and I gotta admit,I'm really liking them.

I picked this up at Claire's. I made a decision to keep buying HK stuff till I hit 30. I'm 2 years away. lol

 The look pretty similar but Sweet Tart is a darker pink. I haven't decided whether I love these or Maybelline's Baby Lips more.

Are there any scents for BBW that you would recommend? Did you purchase anything from their sale?

Well It's About Time!

For an update that is. The reason I haven't been blogging is my old camera broke. I'm sure it's because Zoe dropped it about 27,000 times. The little monster knows how to get into my purse so all my stuff is pretty much fair game for her. On Black Friday we were out buying Christmas toys and while we were at Target my boyfriend asked if I wanted a camera. I wasn't really sure since I knew he'd probably say it was my Christmas gift  (boo!) but he reminded me I needed one. So....I got one. And I LOVE it! Obviously I can't take a picture of it but it is the Nikon Coolpix L105. BTW on Black Friday there weren't many people out and not once did we have to wait in line. Were any of you girls that lucky? I got a few things at Ulta so of course I wanna share them with you =)

                                Can't wait to try the spray!
