Birthday Girl

Yup. It's that time again. My birthday is here! If you follow me on Instagram you know I opened my present yesterday. I'm 29 years old and Mama can't tell me to wait anymore. ha!I love being a grown up sometimes. My boyfriend is also the type to open his Christmas gifts in the middle of December,so he's the one who actually opened it before I even thought about it. I knew what he was going to get me since I asked him for it a while back. I also let him know if he was going to get it online,to use my sephora account so I could get my birthday gift too. ha ha. He did surprise me by writing a little note in my package. I love that guy. So,here's what I got!

My Birthday Gift. It's actually smaller than I thought I'd be...

Teeny Tiny Samples....and I mean TINY!
                                                                                 Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!

This is my first ever big splurge (on makeup) and I don't regret it one bit! I knew I had to have it when it first came out,but I waited for a good time to get. And I'd say my birthday is the perfect time!

                                                               Zoe loved my gift too...

Benefit Trio

I have been hearing a lot about Benefit's Benetint and Posietint lip & cheek stains. I got this little trio on Sephora's site for $15.  I'm not sure how to use High beam but I'll give it a try. haha.

The samples I chose were: Dior J'adore perfume,Smashbox and Boscia Primers and Clinque's 3-step skin care system sample.

So tiny! I think I'll carry Posietint in my purse =)

As you can see,Benetint was a little watery.

Posietint is a little more pink in person. My camera sucks. After I rubbed them in,I was happy with the results. I also found it very hard to rub them off, even with a wipe. So these will definitely come in handy in the Arizona heat! Have any of you ladies tried any of these products? How did you like it?
